An agency selling eleven services needed a site its team could edit, with prices kept in one place, and readable beyond Romania without moving a single indexed URL.
Built on Next.js with a Supabase CMS behind a signed-session admin, prices read from the database into every service page, and a three-step order form. English went in as a parallel /en tree with hreflang on every pair, so the Romanian URLs stayed put.
Live in Romanian and English, with every blog post published in both. On phones the hero shows an 8 KB poster instead of the video that held mobile LCP at 9.4 s.
