02Terms
Terms and conditions
Last updated: 2026-09-30
This site is a portfolio. Nothing on it is an offer you can accept by clicking, nothing is sold here, and no project starts without a written scope agreed by both sides.
01Who runs this site
The site is published by the entity identified at the bottom of this page. Writing to the address shown there reaches a person, not a ticketing system.
02What you find here
A description of the work I do and a set of case studies about projects I have built. Where a project was built while I was employed by or working with an agency, the page says so.
Nothing here is a price list or a binding offer. Every project is quoted individually after a conversation, because the same brief can mean two very different amounts of work.
03How a project is agreed
We talk, I write a scope with a price and a timeline, and work starts once you accept it in writing and any agreed advance is paid. Until that point there is no contract and neither of us owes the other anything.
Nothing can be bought through this website. There is no checkout, no subscription and no automatic renewal of any kind.
04Timelines and what they depend on
A timeline in a scope assumes that the material it depends on arrives: text, images, access to hosting, decisions when I ask for them. Where that is late, the timeline moves by roughly the same amount, and I will say so at the time rather than at the end.
05Rights over the result
On full payment, the work produced for your project is yours, including the source code written for it, and you can do what you like with it. Third-party components keep their own licences, and anything I built before your project and reused stays mine, with you free to use it inside the delivered work.
The content of this website, including its text, design and code, belongs to me. The trademarks and logos of the businesses shown in the case studies belong to their owners and appear only to identify the work.
06Liability
I do the work carefully and test it, but no one can promise software that never fails. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the piece of work concerned, and does not extend to indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data where that loss was not caused by me.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.
07Links to other sites
Case studies link to live sites and to external profiles. Those sites are run by other people, and I am not responsible for what is on them or for how they handle your data.
08Personal data and cookies
How this site handles data is set out in the privacy policy, and what it stores on your device, which today is nothing, is set out in the cookie policy.
09Complaints and dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, tell me directly first. Most things are solved in one conversation.
If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, you can use alternative dispute resolution through ANPC SAL, or the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform SOL. Both are linked at the bottom of this page. Using them is your choice and does not take away your right to go to court.
10Applicable law
Romanian law applies. Where a dispute reaches court, the competent Romanian courts decide it. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the law of the country where you live.
11Changes
These terms can change. The version that applies to your project is the one in force when your scope was agreed, and the date at the top of this page says when this version was published.
