A single therapist competing against salon chains with stock photography and a booking widget. The site had to feel like the room feels, not like a template with a different colour.

Ten pinned chapters that move with the scroll: a letterbox open, word by word ink-in, a three dimensional flythrough, a horizontal track, tilt cards on critically damped springs. Then a second pass purely for the phone, driven by measurement rather than by eye.

Composited layers cut from 26 to 6 and image payload from 186 KB to 122 KB on the lite path, with the p90 frame gap 19% shorter under a 20x CPU throttle. Verified by scripted scroll probes at six phone sizes, not by scrolling it myself and deciding it felt fine.
